If you are using a PC, Windows XP handles zipped files automatically. Earlier versions of Windows on a PC might not. If you aren't able to unzip them, the Winzip program can be downloaded from Winzip.
If you are using a Macintosh, the ZipIt program can be downloaded from Maczipit.
If you don't have MS Word, the free Wordview program for PCs can be downloaded from Microsoft.
